Hello everyone, i'm 16 years old ,  168 cm , 50 kilos , never lifted weights before!
I started with scoobies teen workout program! but while doing the DB flys with 10 kilos on each hand.
my shoulder hurt a little bit after the workout but after 5 minutes it was ok.
I suspect a wrong movement during the workout my left arm went a little bit higher then suppostly but i adjusted it after that.
Should i be concerned?

PS: I've been doing bodyweight exercises for almost a year now!!!

    Yes you should be concerned!

Pain is never good.... What kind of pain was it?

You can film yourself doing the exercises and we will comment on your form?

I don't know what kind ! but i got someone already monitoring my form! it's actually someone who's not much of an expert but i told him how was the form suppose to look like and showed him scooby's video!

PS: i suspect it's because my shoulder isn't used to the weight put on it!

hahah my other weight set is 4 kilos and i don't feel it's enough, should i just stick to 10 kilos but have only 2 days of workout and the third is bodyweight exercises or start with 4 kilos and work my way up! ( i can do more then 20 reps with 4 kilos)

when i was 16 i started weight lifting the first time as well.
i overdid it and until now i got problems with my sinews.
dont rush it, give your body some time to get used to it.
example: your sinews can do 15 reps, your muscles can do probably 25.

    and btw: its 4 5 6 7 8 9 10.... - not 4 10 16 ....
                 get more different weights...

I'm not you, so I cant tell how it feels, or the situation....

    1. But I would consult a doctor...

    2. If you cant do #1, I would have started with 4 kgs, and worked my way up..

Try doing rotator cuff exercises with a rubber tube. It will strengthen the muscles that hold the shoulder girdle together. It is possible, like sluggish said, that while your muscles can handle heavy weight, your supporting framework (shoulder joint) can't.

Rotator cuff exercises have banished the shoulder pain I used to have, and I now do them every other day.

If you've never lifted before, you will have to be patient and allow your body to get used to it, as weight-lifting is very strenuous on your body.  I never had any of these problems at all when I was a beginner but I started with really light weights and worked my way up so I guess my body adapted well.

Other suggestions here are good: do some rotator cuff exercises and get an appointment with your doctor.
