Hey guys, i was wondering... I did some very intense boxing as my cardio yesterday and i noticed my lats are preety damn sore. Can you get big lats just by boxing and without lifting weights ?

Nope if it were that easy I would do that too Smiley . Only way is pull ups/chin ups, rows and lat pull downs.

true you do get a lot of "activity" from them during boxing but its not that significant.

Your lats probably aren't that sore, but your serratus anterior are very likely the culprit.
