Im a sports dude and its very hard to accomplish what i want to accomplish with so many things in the way...

i play both soccer and basketball and let me tell you , neither give me what i want to accomplish for the summer which are Pecs and a solid stomach 6pack if possible ..

This is my problem and i need your guyses help, what days would u suggest to work out my chest to develop pecs .. i got about 4 months till summer hits so thats my time frame... i know its not a lot of time but im sure i can see my chest be a little square than saggy to the side lol.

Im currently doing the begginer work out plan from scoobys website, which is making me stronger .. but i feel that once ive done this and gained the strength i want to concentrate on my pecs.

What would be a good workout regimen u guys would recommend to do? i mean theres tons of dumbbell exercises for chest and they all must be put into play to get the pecs
     Dumbbell flys
    Dumbbell press
    Chicken press
    Dumbbell incline fly
    Dumbbell hip press
    Incline front press
    Dumbbell incline press

but because i play soccer // basketball its hard to know when to do it ...

thanks guys, i know its a long thread but would greatly appreciate some advice

Don't focus on your chesticles.  Workout everything evenly.  Proportional body structure is what makes one look good.  Smiley

I'd recommend you follow scooby's routine which targets your whole body.  And progress according to his standards.  You may want to check 21 workouts too.

So do you suggest to keep on doing scoobys workout plans and just keep climbing up the ladder?
    begginner, intermediate etc etc Huh?

i guess what really bugs me is that im not doing all those chest excercises and i wont develop pecs if i just keep doing the workout plans he has

Chest development is as simple as picking a couple key exercises and continuing to add weight to the bar/dumbbells.

My chest development has come purely from bb bench press and db incline press, and just adding weight to those two exercises.

And as Merc said, it's important to keep muscular balance; work your back as much as your front.

Assuming that you had read all of the above reply posts.

How long have you been doing Scooby's Beginner plan? Few months now? If you are, you can add another (ONE) chest exercise to your routine like dumbbell press or better yet, advance to the intermediate routine. And yes don't neglect other body parts including your legs !!! What is your current weight? If you're skinny build or not really fat, 4 months is not a problem for some toned chest by just doing push-ups.
