Too much weight ?
«

So i was doing my chest workout this morning and i was using 26 lbs in each hand.
I was doing 2 types of push ups , flyes and presses.
The first set i did 15 pushups , 8 feet on bench push ups , 8 flyes and 8 presses.
The 2nd set i did 12 push ups , 4 feet on bench push ups , 6 flyes and 2 presses.
And in the 3rd set i did 8 push ups , 3 feet on bench push ups , and i ended up doing 3 flyes and no presses. Shall i lower the weight ?

You are using the same weight for both flyes and press? Pretty much sounds like you should tho.

I wouldn't call it supersets, but done in a circuit fashion. Hehe.
You don't need to lower the weight unless for purposes of doing drop sets, but in such a case, instead of lowering reps, you should increase the number of reps if you decrease the weight or at least maintain the number of reps previously done.
