MercNil?

Why did you ask me about Squats?

BTW, do you think that it makes sense to do pistol squat negatives with a rope?

I was curious what sort of leg exercise you're doing; so I asked if you were doing some sort of knee bends.

It would, provided you do the negatives for a period of 4 seconds per rep.  Based on my little experiments, if I can do 7 negatives of a weight I couldn't in the past for a period of 4 seconds, I can do one rep. Smiley

I'd suggest you do so on a box or your bench or a stool, so your motion is limited and you can strengthen your legs.  And as it becomes easy at the partial range of motion, do a full range of motion pistol squat. Progressive movement. :3  It's an old way of getting stronger, but it works.  Smiley  Got to love bob peoples. :3
