i am not being taught by a coach,i learned everything from starting strength book but im doing stronglifts 5x5. i add weight each workout,i am asking what should i do after i cant add weight every workout.I dont want to do a routine with isolations, curls etc. I also want to know if i can build a bit bigger arms without curls? i have 12" arms right now Sad

5/3/1 after stronglifts.  You'll be doing lots of dips and chinups in 5/3/1 which will give you great looking arms and no curls involved.  However, just so you know, strict barbell curls is a powerlifting lift.  It's a manly.  :3
No not 5/3/1 after SL... there are programs which let you progress weekly, why would you want to jump to monthly progression if you don't have to? Mercnil stop being silly

How far did you get on SL btw Saman?

I'm serious.  5/3/1 all the way. Smiley

3 sets, 5 reps. Most of the time, unless stated otherwise, it will always be setsXreps.

You dont weigh enough for your height. Eat more.

The fact that your squat is so much higher than your deadlift is also of concern. Unless you are just awful at deadlifting, it suggests your squats might be high. You still have a lot more gains waiting for you, you just need to eat properly.

The last thing you need atm is to think about what to do next.

Yeah I knew this would be the case

IDK why we all skipped the usual phase of checking whether they're really doing the program or not

You might want to post video form checks, so the better lifters of this forum may tell you what you're doing correctly and what you're doing wrong. :3
