Ok so ill be fasting from sunrise to sunset with no food or water I'm thinking about adjusting my workout schedule to make it 40 min before I break the fast(before Ramadan I fasted in morning with a BCAA mix) so I can eat and drink (more importantly drink water!).  But is there really anything else to consider?
