Workout plan for college schedule
«
on:

I just enrolled in college full time, I now have a very restricted schedule due to classes and commuting, can someone give me an idea for a routine that I can do on Monday and Friday since those are the only day I have time in-between classes or work.

Each week you could do:
1)Two full body routines
2)A push-pull routine
3)An Upper body and Lower body workout
4) Any other way to fit all the muscle groups into 2 workouts a week.
There's some good ideas here on the 5th post down:

Three day split works for me. Full time college student working ~30 hrs a week with plenty of spare time. I work two muscle groups in one session, and it rarely lasts longer than 45 minutes.

Well I found a better schedule, I have friday-monday for exercise, I will most likely use 3 of them on a 3 day split, and I want to try 4x6-8 now, see how those reps work for me. Thanks for the input

Do you join a gym? I think you're better off joining one if you are limited in time and want to do as much work as possible.
Ideal would be two fullbody workouts.
Or, if that's too much, do a heavy upper body on monday, a lower body workout on friday:)

I say do a full body AB-split, 4x6-8 if you wish. I mean, what split could be better when you're short on time than full body?
