I'll be including ab work into my weekly routine soon, was hoping people might like to share their favourite routine/superset/circuit and i could try and couple of em out!

    i. Scooby's 3 minute abs is my favorite. Smiley
    ii. crunch TM 5 minute ab routine 2nd.

    It ranks second because it's inferior to the 3 minute ab routine.  Why choose something inferior when you can do the superior exercise? :3

    3 sets of hanging leg raises or ab wheel rollout and 3 sets of L - sit.

    I feel like I'll add this here because it fits, I think.

    I think I have naturally wide hips, so just below where my ribcage ends and my hips begin there's a weird inwards V shape,
    can i 'straighten' this out by doing strong core workouts?

    Lots of compound exercises and actively tightening my core for stabilization. For obliques I do standing cable twists (no idea how they're called). Only real ab exercise I do is weighted leg raises.

    i keep it simple

    3 sets of crunches till failure, 3 sets of reverse crunches , 3 sets of hanging leg raise  - twice a week

    I think you mean woodchoppers, for the cable twists.
