Nice shoes! Smiley

Sorry I had to laugh when you got that cramp... Cheesy

How about doing other exercises between sets.
Supermans or prone bridges?
Is it a good idea?

I think that squeezing exercise is harder and therefore better for building a massive chest!
Pressing means triceps engagement.

Hehe, I liked the fuzzy slippers too.

I think anything simple that doesn't use chest would be a good "rest" exercise between sets.  Crunches are just one of the quick easy things, but something like hanging leg raises would probably take too long to step up.

Would 10 minutes for each super set be a sufficient amount?

You can do this as an intermediate you say?

Would an intermediate do it differently than an advanced workout?

yeah thats what i want to know... iv been doing this exercise for about 3 weeks once a week because thats how my schedule is ... first i started with 35 pounds n then went  down second week i went up to 40 then went down then the third week i started from 45 pounds and went down.... but for some reason the first time i did this exercise was the only time my chest was feeling sore ....after that my chest didn't really feel sore...is there any clues anybody can give to what it might be. I workout at night time after i come from work at the gym and when i get home i eat alittle and drink my protein supplement any ideas?
