Hi, I've been sitting at home, I keep hearing the commercial about the shoes from rebook, apparently they are working as balance-balls, I've just heard the commercial I never saw it so I don't know, but the shoe is called "easy-tone" is it even worth getting?

I wouldn't advise it, generally those type of shoes work on making you walk/run in a unnatural way so you work different muscles harder. Obviously this isn't great in my opinion as you should have perfect fitting shoes that allow you to run as naturally as possible, plus moving differently is a sure fire way to get injured pretty quickly, so no I would personally get a good pair of normal trainers/shoes if you nee them.

Scaaaaaaam. My mom got sucked into the first sales of those things. Paid $250 for a pair, against my advice. She never wears them and now agrees they were a huge waste of money.

Woah 250$, well I was just asking Smiley and they are now 50$ over here, probably makes sense that they lowered the price. Because we all know it's not worth it Cheesy

they sound the same as some trainers i saw advertised over here in the UK a while back, their marketing was aimed at women wanting a tighter bum, apparently they were a great workout for the glutes, but the woman on the advert just looked like she was walking around drunk Tongue and her bum was wiggling about lol i can only imagine the pain itll give your heels after a walk to the shops in them let alone if you stood off a kerb funny
