I dunno they say here he took the world heavey weight champion from him, well Tyson won 50 times and didn't tire out >,< + I am not doing boxing.

    Yeah I'd say strength training though, not hypertrophy. You'll get mass from all your conditioning and strength training, but mass shouldn't be your focus. 3x3 will give you good strength.
