If you have suggestions for videos you would like to see on the Videos Library, please put them in this thread. The Videos Library features videos from moderators and members of the month so we have an incredible talent pool of people who can make these videos for you. So what will it be? What videos do you want to see?

Probably not a popular choice but don't know if these are worth a vid ... flexibility or any input to remaining fast and agile for martial arts based on your collective knowledge of muscle building. Not saying your exercises do at all, but some supposedly have a negative effect on this?

Word of plyometrics and isometrics. Isometrics can be really useful for home-users since it does not require equipment. Example being wall sits(more leg work for the tool-box ). More bodyweight exercises... (Inverted row and Glute-ham raise) More amazing recipes like the disgusting lentils+salmon Had a great laugh with that chopping at the ending

I'd like to see videos on: A) The V-line (The lower abdominal muscles; The external obliques that form a v-shape when seen flexed.) B) Neck exercises.
Thanks Scooby!

Remember, the idea is to get members other than Scooby to start making videos, so if you think you have the knowledge to make a video on a subject, go ahead and make it.

I recommend running/jogging videos, I find it hard for myself to correct my form. Speaking for myself I just started jogging so I know I'm doing it wrong . I saw some videos online but the more the better.

I see that people are missing this fact so I made the part about moderators and members of the month bold to highlight the fact that its not me making these videos

knowledge and my body does the rest.") Still waiting for a S61XL Leg Workout. You could even do a safety video i.e. the only safe place to bike in the US is indoors on a stationary, lol but
Again I want to emphasize that its the moderators and members of the month making these videos. Having said that, I would LOVE to do a video on bike safety! I actually have thought of it many times and the only thing stopping me is that I try to keep my YouTube channel pure to fitness. The way you phrased it got me thinking though, what could be more fitness related than helping people like yourself to confidently and safely do bike commuting without fear of frustrated, impatient, distracted, aggressive drivers? I bike commuted 30 miles a day for more than 25 years in a very hostle American urban environment so I consider myself somewhat of an expert, there are about 5 easy things you can do to make sure you never get hurt and it would be fun to make the video. It would be great to release it on earth day, too bad I just missed it.
