hey guys..

I have grown up around Samons and other pacific islander my whole life. These are very big people.
I have always been very skinny because i used to do cross country in my younger years and i was fairly decent at it.
I have stopped cross country now for a long time.  

One of my friends has told me that perhaps i should eat taro. He's a samoan and he reckon the reason why all pacific islanders are soo big is firstly because of his genes and thats due to eating taro why all samoans have been so big. Is it true.

Currently I am going to the gym about 5-6 times a week and Im around 10% body fat, but im only 55 kgs.. I used to be 67 before (but I wasnt doing the p90x programs and I was doing protein shakes). Right now Im  doing the p90x program and I only use chocolate Milk for recovery. I drink milk around 5 times a day. I make sure I eat properly tho (like every 2-3 hours). I have been doing p90x for about 4 months. And from November the 1st I combined p90x with insanity. basically just doing the cardio...
My body atm is looking in pretty good shape like I have a 4 pack... But I really want to get that 8 pack I had when i used to do cross country.

Now I want to know if I can reduce my bodyfat (my goal is go till 8%) and somehow increase my weight to around 62...
Is this possible? I always try to lift heavy or if cant I try and do more reps with the same weight on my next workout.


MY QUESTIONS TO YOU ARE

1. Its winter in Asia. Firstly is possible for me to cut down body fat from 10% to 8%, while I still try to increase my weight from 55 to 62.. I have 3 months to do this and I will only be using chocolate milk for supplements. I can change to protein shakes if I have to.
2. Can taro make you bigger if you eat it once a day say 4 to 5 times a week?
3. Currently I do, insanity workout for cardio and p90x for weight lifting. I do Cardio workouts, Day 2 Max Interval Plyo, Day 4 Max Cardio Recovery and Day 6 Max Cardio Conditioning. Weighlifting 3x a week... Day 1 Arms & shoulders & Tripcet, Day 3 Bicept & Back, Day 5 Legs and back. I do Insane Abs or Ab ripper x 3 to 4 times a week. Is this good enough for an 8 pack. Shoulder I do some extra running on the treadmill. I dont do it cause I believe I will lose a lot of muscle mass considering I already some intense cardio from insanity.
