Seeing as how nobody has started this (and I hope the Scoob himself likes this idea and pins this topic) I figured I could, since I have been on Scooby's program since I found him on YouTube last September. August 2008: 215 lbs, 19.5% body fat (Picture taken 10-8-08) July 2009: 176 lbs, 9% body fat (Picture taken 5-15-09) You can check out my lifting stats, weight loss calendar, and other pics at this link: http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/enYgma702Anyone else following Scooby's program should feel compelled to post their progress pics and before pics for everybody to see! I bet it would make Scooby proud.

Yep just turned on the forum moments ago! For now you can post progress pictures in the "General" Forum, that was added just a few minutes ago and it might not have been there when you first came in. Adding a "progress pictures" Forum is a great idea.
that's from scooby lol. Might already be an area for this/in the workshop being made dude.

Excellent transformation JSR!
Wish I had a before picture lol, never took one, because never thought I'd have lasted this long. Guess I can take one now and post in a few months lol.

Try replicating your before photo now with same pose and perspective. That would be a pretty cool before/after. Here's mine: First Recently (1 year and 3 months later) Unfortunately my nutrition was poor over the past 4 months ...

I'd also like to see a "when flexing" and "when relaxed" picture from everyone..I hate seeing these because I can't tell if people are trying really hard for the camera, or are as legit as they look.
