@adagny bulk on arms you look like my brother which is lacking size in arms. You mentioned lack of progress in legs, try squatting heavy as well because somehow if you strengthen your lower body, it allows the upper body to grow.

Well, overall I think I made good progress, at the begining I wasnt able to do even 10 pushups now I can bench more than my bodyweight do 8 pullups with 10kg, deadlify 122kg 5reps and squat 86kg for 8 reps. I wasnt devolping legs last year, but now since I started to squat and deadlift and catched up with my legs. What kind of advice is "bulk more on arms" how? didnt I say im doing wolfs DAW? anyway thx I just posted my before and after pictures.

Change your routine to concentrate on more arm work instead of following the wolf's routine. Use supersets or drop sets or other techniques for intensity. You can also include different rep ranges during a arm workout.

You have had good progress adagny, well done You are very symmetrical, think you will look buff as hell when you reach your goals! No, your arms are not small, they are symmetrical to your body and will keep growing as you advance, so dont worry about it. Wolfs routine is very good, so stick with it, dont start focusing to much on arms etc, stay with the program and watch the progress.

Thats what she said! Lol sorry, I couldnt resist, no offense was just staring at the text and I finally caved in But if you look at him overall pwn, his arms are very symmetrical and they match his current body level. Seeing that his progress is overall even, I think his arms will develop well as he keeps it up.

Great job all!! It's great to come into this thread for motivation. I wish there were more fat to thin transformations but the thin to muscular ones are great to see too.

November 24th, 2009 Weight: 312lbs BF%: Over9000 September 17th, 2011 Weight: 189lbs BF%: ~8.5% (Hard to tell with that there loose skin and all ) Took a while to pluck up the courage to post the official "before" pic, as it feels like a distant memory. It's been a great journey so far; I'm excited as ever to fill up the rest of that skin with some more muscle Holy s*** man, just came across this. Polished, man, your trasfo is epic! Hands down one of the most impressive (legit ) ones I've seen!
