do the injuries prevent you from getting to that point again? if that was me on those pictures, i would think "i've done this before, i can do it again. i'll learn from my past mistakes"

The names of the game are effort and progressive poundages, but the effort must manifest itself in terms of progressive poundages. Judge the effectiveness of your training by the poundages you are moving, in good form, not by effort per se.

Seriously, great progress everyone Really really impressed. I feel like this is my favourite part of the website, yet I havent contributed yet Some team player I am eh!? I literally hated seeing my body before I started working out again, I got sooooo skinny (and I'm a skinny guy anyway!!) so I didn't like the photos I had taken.... and now I don't have a camera or even a cameraphone to do it any more lol I promise will do it soon though. Keep em coming guys!

thank you all.
guys, i have a question though. If i were just to maintain my current physique, can i lessen the intensity of my cardio? right now, my main cardio exercise is barbell complex and it's so brutal. wants to switch to a less intense cardio for my finishers. I'm thinking of 2 rounds of 2 min moderate jump rope here.

what do you mean maintain, do you mean bodyfat? if so, you need to watch what you eat and what you burn. as long as you burn the calories you consume, regardless of what you do, you'll maintain your body fat level.
