in 1 month i dropped from 200lbs to 185, this makes no sense, the weigh machine isnt broken because other checked thier weights too, and im almost 17 yrs, ppl say ive got baby fat, idk wut it really means, they say its easier for me to lose fat because im so young, that aside ive checked my weight 5 times today all different times like in morning b4 lunch, after and all, still it stayed between 185, im so confused, im ahppy but losing like 15lbs in 1 month doesnt seem normal at all!
I try daily cardio or 5times a week, 40mins jog
and il be honest ive been eating very little, very below my tdee, my tdee is 2500, maybe i was doing about 1300-1500, but still 15lbs in 1 month?Huh??

Well #1 the weight on the scale is measuring all of your body weight (Bones, Fat, Muscle and WATER) you say you are eating over 1,000 calories below your TDEE which will produce some muscle loss although probably not a significant quantity in one months time. Further more if you are  restricting carbohydrates you will lose glycogen and drop a significant amount of water weight (which is how people on the Atkins and other low-carb diets lose 5-10lbs in one week, my advice to you would be to bump up your calories to 2,000 eat well balanced with plenty of fruits and veg, continue your cardio and add some resistance training if you do not already.
