I'm trying to plan this next weeks workouts and what I'm thinking is to Lift Weights 3 Days this week and Do Cardio the other 4 days.

Would this be considered over training since I would basically be workout out 7 days a week? My goal is to lose 10lbs of fat right now so I need to do cardio.

My other idea was Cardio every day in the morning MON-FRI then Weights 3 days a week at night. SAT/SUNDAY rest. Realistically I don't think I can maintain this schedule.

Any advice for getting in cardio daily?

You don't need to do cardio to lose fat. You just need to be at a caloric deficit.

What is the "3 days weightlifting"? Can you post the routine?

Cardio won't cause overtraining but it might interfere with your legs recovery in my opinion. Cardio everyday is even recommended by Scooby, you can see all his workout plan in his website, its cardio everyday!!!

Personally I would do my cardio in the morning before work/school. It is a healthy habit and many praised it for giving them an energy boost throughout the day. I also heard Cardio in the morning with an empty stomach burns more calories.

I lift 3 days a week doing scooby's advanced intermediate plan. I also do the cardio 7 days a week 20-25 minutes every morning during the week and 35-40 minutes on Saturday and Sunday. Been on this plan for about 3 weeks with no negatives at all.

I will see what I can do in terms of cardio. I might just start off doing 2 days a week cardio on my off days. Work has me so swamped right now  Undecided

You won't overtrain with this routine. Do cardio right after your workout, if it's too late for a jog/bike then try indoor cardios such as burpees or jump rope.

You can do all sorts of cardios indoor, try some of the workouts from here www.bodyrock.tv, you need to browse through the site for some bodyweight routine as most of them needs equipments. Or try doing some from here http://www.youtube.com/user/ZuzkaLight?blend=3&ob=0. They are all excellent cardios but you might need to add in a few extra mins to fulfil a 20mins cardio requirement. I did some of them myself as I hate running out in the winter  Lips Sealed
