When you select the amount of work done in a week, what kind of exercise is it speaking about? For example i'm never lifting weights, but do bodyweight training, and the intensity isnt the same either. For example in the past few months im more like doing gymnastics skill training. That means its not high intensity, but very hard work on the muscles. And by practicing them about 5-6 days a week, does it count as lots of exercise?
