what is your weight, height and body fat % now?

Doing ab exercises will not give you a six pack (you already have one) - you need a body fat lower than 10% usually to see abs so you are wasting your time doing lots of reps for abs

it seems to me from what i understand you are trying to gain muscle and burn fat at the same time but whether or not you do that and are able to lose fat and build msucle fast at the same time depends on how fat you are, how out of shape you are (you seem to be in decent shape) and how long you havent been training because ONLY if you fall in those 3 categories = you'll be able to BOTH lose fat & build muscle fast at the same time

Your ab workout is a waste of time

you'll already get abs doing most of the other weight training exercises you do and to get the results I think you want you need to get your bodyfat under 10%

if you're going to do abs - do it 1-2x a week for 4 sets of 8-12 reps (but pick a ab exericise where you reach failure in 8-12 reps
