Hello fellow ask-scooby-ers! I've asked a few questions on this site before and all of you that have answered my questions and helped me, i cant thank you enough, this is by far one of the best, if not, the best forum for fitness. Today however, i have another question. I need some help getting my abs to be more visible, so my question is, is it more fat that i have to lose, or more muscle that i need to gain? I am 5 foot 8, i weigh 133 pounds, i am pretty skinny, and in the mirror you can see my upper two abs and sort of a one big  "ab muscle" if you will. I run everyday except for 1 day rest at a very fast pace( Around a 6:30 or 6:40 mile) for around 25 minutes and throughout the day i also play soccer in my backyard, etc. Some days i do ab workouts. And i just need to know if i should do more cardio to burn off more of the fat or if i need to get my ab muscles bigger. Thanks guys!

I would say gradually do both. Keep doing Cardio. You can never go wrong with it as it will just keep defining your body, and ab workouts will bring the muscle out. I honestly can't say which one you need to do more, but if you keep doing both, its a guarentee win win.
