Hey guys, well I just had this question: I'm bulking cause Im a little skinny and ive been getting some gains but lately ive started noticing fat in my belly, I had never had before in mi LIFE, is that a good sign, a bad sign, should I cut now? and then start bulking again or should I continue bulking?

Bulking and cutting is not the best way to go. As you've noticed, when you "bulk" you tend to get a lot of fat added at the same time. Drastic cuts (a caloric deficit of more than 1000Cal a day) often result in losing a little muscle.

Why not lose fat (or stay lean) while gaining muscle?

Figure out your TDEE and eat that, or just a little more (~100-200Cal). At absolute peak muscle building, your body is only using an extra ~100-150 calories in a day.  All TDEE Calculations are estimates, so you might need to experiment a little to find out exactly what you're burning. But in reality, they shouldn't be off by very much.

It's a sign you're eating above maintenance. If you don't like how thin you look, and want to gain size regardless of composition, there's nothing wrong with eating a fair bit over maintenance(more than was already recommended).

Being 130lbs lean or with a bit of fat looks exactly the damn same with a shirt on.

Maybe you were too concentrated on the bulking and you forgot about cardio. Do you do cardio ?

That's a fair point. There are certain body fat / muscle mass regions where another pound or two of fat might make you look bigger.

If there's enough mass there already:

at ~10% every bit of fat you lose makes you look bigger (since there is more visible definition).
Conversely, if there isn't much definition at ~12%, going up to ~15% may have you looking more muscular.
