Hey scooby, recently I've been trying to lose my belly fat.
I walk around 50 min ( 3 or 4 km) to get to the gym and then another 50 minutes to get back home. After 1 month nothing happened and my belly fat is still there. Also I've been working my abs while I was at the gym.

Do you have any good advice or exercise that can help me?

Thanks a lot

When you walk, you really need to walk fast in order for it to get your heart rate up and to burn fat Smiley

Whats your nutrition like?

Walking is considered as cardio but its not that effective unless you walk a lot. Since you don't.
I suggest you either go for
Cardio: 20 minutes – jog, brisk walk or bike (20 minutes is a minimum)

Between your heart rate must go up to some point so that you start burning fat. (Heart rate zone depends on your age.)

Read Scooby's post here: http://scoobysworkshop.com/cardio/

Ok when that's done, either chose one of the stated or you can do home cardio. It's not that difficult but I'd prefer the open door one unless the weather is really bad then do the indoor one.

Nutrition is also important. Take care of that. Do your cardio and you are on the way of losing that belly fat. There is no spot fat removal.
