Hello folks,

I've been trying to figure out the best time to measure my BFC. I'm using a caliper, and I realize the only thing that really matters is the TREND, but regardless it seems I get different results depending on the time of day, hydration levels, etc.

Does it really matter as long as I keep the conditions the same?
