Someone above mentioned it, mirror is best.

If you like how you look, keep doing what you are doing.

If you dont like your physique, do something to change it.

I just got a new accu measure caliper to replace my old metal one, cost 16aud, they are rated highly and supposed accurate to 1% of water emmersion test..  I think Scooby was working on an easy to use calculator for these things..

Test your BMI (body mass index). it gives you how much fat you have on your body and judging by how much body fay you have it will tell you if your overweight normal or underweight.

no, thats wrong. it doesnt judge your bodyfat. it judges you based on your overall weight and then places you into a category based on the norm. yes, its a good judge to see if you are a normal weight but it isnt accurate. for most bodybuilders they would be classed as obese as they carry so much muscle. that being said, not many people are have over 200lb of lean mass so its fairly accurate in that regard. but as bodybuilders we need accurate measurements, bmi can only tell you so much, when it comes to body fat you need accurate testing. this is vital for many people, especially those with a skinny fat physique who read normal on the bmi scale but carry excess fat.
