    Hey,
what do you guys think, what would be the best of those 3?
I found mini-stepper at home ( http://image.made-in-china.com/2f0j00bBUawNzRbWcl/Mini-Stepper-PS-103-1-.jpg ). I do it for like 2weeks (HIIT) already, but after my cardio (30 mins usually) I just sweat. No hard breathing, I am not "tired"...
Would I get better process on fat burning with Burpees/Jumping Rope?

I've done Bodyweight squats instead of the Mini-stepper today and I was dead after 10mins  Undecided

I'd think burpees and jumping rope would be better than a mini-stepper. I do those, and I also do bodyweight squats. All are great!

Jumping rope, allright. I've never liked this since a very young kid, I just can't keep the rope rotating Cheesy. Do you guys think that just jumping without the rope would work the same ?

Not at all. Your arms and legs will get out of sync without noticing and the more tired will lax - without the tripping to indicate that you're dropping intensity!

    I'd suggest burpees myself. Wink

What you might want to try is just running on the spot, but with each step you have to lift your knee up so it's waist height (minimum thigh parallel to ground) - surprisingly tiring and gets a sweat on quickly!

Any of the above, and I'd bin the stepper idea. They're too easy to cheat on with gravity assistance  Cheesy
