ok so i anwer the questions and my bmr is about 1700 cal and my tdee is about 2700 cal. the problem is that i only consume about 1700-2050 cal. should i be woried?? i think this will make get fat it sound like its too much.and if i dont eat more will I limit my muscle gains even though i eat my 6 doses of protein??

You might want to make sure that you're actually only eating about 1700-2000 calories a day. Most people underestimate how many calories are in food, usually because a serving size is a lot smaller than you'd think.

Look here  ---> Nutrition Data and Calories and pay attention to the serving size when you check on how many calories are in food.

Don't forget to include calories you get from drinks!

If you're maintaining your weight at the number of calories you're eating now, then obviously that's what is right for you. The calorie calculators are based on averages, and when you look at individuals, there are always differences.

If you're eating enough protein, and your total calorie intake is enough that you're maintaining your weight, then you are not limiting your muscle gains.
