when choosing the activity level, do you include only cardio? or cardio and weight workouts?

with just cardio, i'd be in the 1-3 zone
but with weight workouts added, i'd be in the 3-5

Of course you include the weight workouts Wink

If you didn't then many people on this forum would have a very low activity level, which isn't true. Also having a strenuous job influences BMR and TDEE and that's often not associated with cardio is it? Smiley

i just wasn't sure how big a role weight workouts played in actually affecting the TDEE or removing fat
i thought that was mainly cardio's thing but i guess not
