Ive been on a calorie deficit for about 3 solid months and lost some good numbers through walking mostly(11 pounds), im now 145pounds and started to see abs but i still have a bit of fat on my sides and tummy when i pinch it, if i lost another 11 pounds should i still have them?
And is it possible to still have fat on your sides even if you have 7%body fat...

7% bodyfat would probably have very little fat that you could pinch, likely your fat % is a little higher right now. If what you're doing is working for fat loss and you're not also losing muscle along the way, then stick to it until you have reached your goal. Taking dietary breaks where you eat at maintenance for a week or two can help reset any metabolic slowdowns that occur from long term deficits, consider that too.

Most questions you have about building muscle is answered in this article.

Getting big, strong muscles and losing fat is simple but it's not easy! To accomplish anything worthwhile in life, you need a firmly fixed goal; willpower; a high tolerance for pain.
