Hello everyone!
I have been wondering how i'm able to lose the last belly fat to get
a visible six pack, and the Scooby told me about cardio.
Anyone who got some good exercises for the purpose?

Burpees, running, jump rope, sports, complexes, circuits, etc. etc. etc.
Remember though, abs are made in the kitchen. Make sure that you're eating less calories than your TDEE. Cardio is just a tool to achieve that.

Yep! Daiky cardio is very important but your caloric intake determines if you get fatter or leamer.

Total Daily Energy Expenditure. It's the amount of calories you use in a day, factoring in exercise and everything else you do.
