Hello I'm going to do my cardio after weights
I was wondering should I do weights, take a protein shake, do cardio, then eat a post workout meal
Or should I do weights, then cardio, then protein shake, then post workout meal
Or it dosent matter
My goal is to lose as much fat as possible while keeping and even gaining some muscle
My diet is perfect if you need it let me know
Thank you

I'd do the workout and cardio before post meal.

After getting my pillow-scream out of the way after reading "take a protein shake", I can now answer your question.

Here is what I would do but it depends on your workout time and your cardio time

T=0:00 eat small well balanced meal
T=0:45 minutes start your 60 min workout
T=1:45 done with weight workout, start 45min cardio session
T=2:30 done with cardio, eat another small, well balanced meal

PS: The pillow scream was because "take" makes the protein shake sound like a drug or magical potion - its just a meal replacement.
