Hey everyone

Now, usually I jog every other day, and bike the other days, but during the winter it has been a bad experience for me.

The problem is that there's snow outside, and I have had a cold, and geniunly been really sick after trying to jog in the cold weather. I have the right outfit for this. I could join a gym and do my cardio there, but the problem is, being a student, you don't have money for those kind of things.

So what do I do here.

Thanks in advance.

Can't really tell what the bad experience is - but for the cold, wear more layers.

Agree! Burpees if your space is limited and you have low ceilings, jumping rope if you have the space.  You could also do your own little aerobics routine to music stepping up to a chair or bench.

Hello people, Well I am having really hard time doing jump rope exercise for 5+ mins non-stop,is there some combinations of exercises I can do for everyday routine,so the results I got by the summer don't dissapear(personaly I have really really small ammount of belly fat, I am very close to get those six pack). Thanks to people helping on this forum it means a lot to me. Good health-Long life!

Burpees as earlier mentioned should do the tric.  Try tabata burpees - search via youtube.
