is cardio necessary for skinnies? im bulking up now, so should i play basketball? cuz when i play basketball i sweat alot, like it's burning all my fat away LOL. and one more question, should i play basketball after i eat? playing basketball after ur meal burn all the nutrients from the meal away? really? lol

Just make sure you eat enough to offset the calorie deficit and you will be fine. Or are you struggling to gain weight as it is?

Cardio is not actually a requirement for building muscle, but it won't hamper it either as long as it is done in moderation. Cardio is more for health benefits although some people believe it helps with lifting as well.

im worrying tht playing basketball will burn all my fats away, as im trying hard to bulk up now. eat like a beast, i think i should nt play basketball, keep the fat thr :3

Cardio does not burn fat it burns calories. A long term calorie deficit will burn fat, but if you consume enough calories in your diet, basketball will not burn your fat.

I don't know how you play basketball but I doubt it will burn your fat and muscle away. It ain't so intensive. Maybe you should just eat more and better stuff.
I wouldn't regard basketball or any such game as cardio.

I have seen enough fat guys who play basketball. It doesn't seem to burn off their fat Cheesy

hahaha, zingam u gt a point. i mean i've been eating alot, i do not want my fats to be burn just lidat ): trying to gain weight here, so i think i might just play basketball if it doesnt burn my fats Cheesy

If you don't want to lose weight just consume an extra ammount of calories ( depends on how long you play ) that will be burnt while playing.
