Sup everybody. My goal is to reduce my body fat a bit before I start to bulk so I was wondering; how long and at what resistance do you think I should do cardio on the eliptical? Should I do HIIT on the eliptical or do 40 minutes of steady paced cardio on a low resistance. Thanks for reading. All advice and feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Back in the days when I did cardio, I used to do medium resistance for 40 minutes.  Worked like a charm.

Just remember that your deficit is created in the kitchen more than at the gym.  Watch your intake and measure it against your expenditure and you'll be fine whichever way you want to do it.
