Okay this green tea helped me lose 5kg in a month..... i only take it twice a week, and eat healthy foods and drink a lot of water like 3-4 liters a day...

so will i ever see my abs when i my bodyfat is enough to see my visible abs?

I don't believe tea has anything to do with losing weight. Just eat under your tdee and do cardio.

    Green tea can help you lose weight.  I don't remember all the things behind it, but there's a lot of anecdotal evidence for sure.

    Anyway, let me get this straight, the question you're asking, OP, is if you'll be able to see your abs once your bodyfat is low enough to see your abs?

    Green tea can help you lose weight but white tea is even better.

    I believe the science is quite clear in that green-tea only has a small effect at best on weight-loss. There are great reasons to drink it (especially with the newer anti-cancer research coming out) but drinking it as a weight-loss aid is probably a waste of time.

    The green tea has a lot of benefits but if you really want to lose weight and get your six pack abs you need to do cardio.

    thanks for those answers.. sorry for the first post.
    what i meant was that will i ever see my visible abs if i the slimming green tea reduce my bodyfat like below 12%
    I also do a little cardio in my room, like jumping jack for 15 minutes and do cardio around my neighbourhood like for 20min..


    i'm only asking, is it possible ?

    To see your abs, you'll probably need to get a lot closer to 10% or less.  It doesn't seem like much, but there's a huge difference visually between 10% and 12%, especially in the abdominal area. 

    Personally, I believe tea might have a small effect on fat burning, but so small as to be negligible, and definitely nowhere close to even a moderate amount of cardio.

    I had around 14 - 15 % when i started seeing mine but i was doing lots of ab exercises
