You know how calorie formulas are based on a week with exercising included. If I only do weight lifting no cardio or anything and for the most part sit around. lol Do I count the weight training into the formula or should I put "desk job little exercise"?

deskjob little exercise, as with weight training your heart rate doesn't stay elevated over the period of time

Well depends on how your weightlifting sessions are.

I am kinda impatient and I don't like sitting around a lot. The rest between my sets is usually as little as it has to be for me to pump out the next set. I am usually in a pool of sweat by the end and my heart rate is definitely elevated (if not at the same level as cardio). I would say that an intense workout will definitely burn a lot of calories (not sure how many) and I definitely need to eat a lot more on training days to compensate. I don't need to do that when I do heavy cardio for some reason.

If you want to burn calories out the day without doing anything you must trigger your afterburner.

Yeah I'd agree with AduhAwas.  When I lift, my heart rate goes up to almost equal of cardio.  It just matters how you do your weight lifting.
