I am 183 cms tall, 16 yrs old and weigh 64 kg. I have a 6 pack which i can feel under the skin. But i have some fat over it. No matter what i do, it wont go away. I tried so hard that i am becoming skinnier and skinnier. Please help!!

I have been working out for the past 6 months. I have been following these exercises daily for the past 2 months
Skipping ropes as warm up: 20
Push ups: 40
Dumbbell biceps curls: 25 each hand
Dumbbell hammer curls: 15 each hand
crunches: 30
forearm grips: until i get tired
At last, Dumbbell concentration curls: 30 each hand
My dumbbell weighs 7 KG
I stopped exercising now and am going to eat so that i get more fat and strength. Please tell me a better workout plan that suites my age! Also please help me gain my 6 packs!!!
