If you can. Cause I cannot ride my bicycle, jog etc... All the outside things. And have no space for jump rope. Can you give me some and a video if you can find it? Cheesy Thanks.

Also. If I do them for 30min. Does that mean 30 min without stopping or do I take breaks and when?

    Are burpees an option?

Yes burpees are. And what about the 30min question? If you may answer that. Smiley

I'd say for rest you have a 2-1 ratio of exercise to rest as in you do 1 minute of burpies then rest for 30 seconds and the whole routine (rest and exercise) should be 20-30 minutes

Depending on how tough burpees are, it could be HIIT or steady state cardio for you. If it's too intense, then alternate various activities that still make you breathe harder but aren't quite so tough- hopping on your toes/jump rope, body weight only squats, bear crawls, etc. Or do a certain amount of each with a fixed amount of rest at the end or between each so your heart rate can recover.

If 30 minutes all at once (the better option IMO) isn't possible, then do 15 minutes twice a day. I think it would be easier to do it all at once though. Just pace yourself based on heart rate and once it's getting easier then focus more on the burpees/squats.
