Hey guys! I've recently been reading on HIIT and i've been so excited to try it and i  even read the article on HIIT that is posted on this forum by Goldie. I come from a background of steady state running and i really wanted to give different things a try so  i tried HIIT today. And boy, am i thankful i had some aerobic training before because it was KILLER! My HIIT consisted of 3 minutes light jog to warm up, 1 min fast run ( not sprint but a very fast run) then 1 minute walk/light jog. I did this for around 24 minutes ( including the warm-up jog). Is this a good HIIT routine? Thanks guys!
