I do cardio for 30min (with walking)
and i do scooby's 3min abs exercise everyday
doing a lot of pulls ups and chin ups like 50-60 (overall with sets and reps)

I'm 17 years old, 56kg, 5'6... and my goal is to have 6 pack abs... and i didn't set a goal yet to have huge biceps or muscular upper body yet, cause I'm still young and I'm in martial art and agility speed is what we've train for... I will still have time to have it when I aged to 19+

what can you suggest more to me...
Sad thanks

Your lean.  I don't know what percentage.  16-17?  You should buy a fat caliper or borrow one; so you'll know. Smiley

I would go with 15%. Since you're not muscular as in body builder kind of muscular.

More BF% than me definetly, not that much more, probably 15-18% range. A recomp followed by a slow controlled bulk, then a slow cut would do wonders.

i'm only asking what are some more suggestion to have 6 packs, cause my friend told me that it's more difficult to lose fat when you have lower bodyfat %

I reckon 15... It's always harder to tell when u don't nice muscles on ya, as there's not gonna be definition on your body if theres no muscle to show though.

And yes the lower your bodyfat the harder it is to lose more, as naturally for survival purposes your body wants to keep hold of fat, especially your belly region.
