Also, on that spartacus workout. What will the main goal of that workout be? To burn fat and build muscle? Or to just burn fat?

I'd say most burning fat (that's what I'm hoping at least). With 15 lb dumbbells and reps for only 40 seconds I can't imagine I'm building a lot of muscle. But all the squats and lunges holding 30 pounds gets my heart pounding.

This is a quote directly from the Spartacus 1.0 workout description on Men's Health:
"The final product is a high-intensity circuit designed to torch fat, define your chest, abs, and arms, and send your fitness level soaring. You'll sculpt a lean, athletic-looking body—and be in the best shape of your life."

Also another quesiton on the spartacus workouts. Is Spartacus 2.0 harder? Or just do different challenges? Seems a bit more challenging than the First video.

The difference is negligible. I'd say 2.0 is just slightly harder, but that is because I do it for 4 rounds, 45-50 seconds work and 15 seconds rest instead of what the workout recommends. The exercises target nearly all the same muscles across all Spartacus workouts, so you'll get a great workout by doing any one of them.
