my TDEE is around 3400 calories, how many calories should i intake? i do half an our of cardio a day, and interval sprinting twice a week

Take a look at Scooby's calorie calculator, you can set your goals in there and include your cardio to get a target estimate. Then you adjust your intake after following that if you don't see the gains/loss you're after since it's just an estimate like all calculators.

then aim for approx 10-15% less then your tdee so about 3k (if you worked out your tdee correctly.)
