how to increase your body mass - strenght ratio....or is it strernght-body mass

Hi i have been working out for 3 years now. At first i just did random things to start off, i didnt know much about working out i just wanted to lose weight and i did. But when i look at things i can bench press 160lbs might not seem like much but where i come from it seems to be an average amount. One day i decided to look at myfit.ca and they had a workout schedule which was apperantly burce lees schedule for working out. As i read more and more i found out that as small of a guy bruce lee was a very powerfull guy he could bench like twice his weight and apperantly he never entered a gym and apperatnly he workoued out for 6 hours a day 0.0 (which makes his schedule seem like a fake). But il get to the point, i belive if i can increase my strenght-weight or weight-strenght rantio i can get more stronger without becoming massive. I am a soccer player so i dont want to get to bulky cuz i hear that can slow u down. So any info u guys got about this topic i would appreciate....and if u guys got a good schedlue of ur own its welcome. plus im trying to sculpt a bit more but still trying to have a toooooo buff figure....this might sound a bit kungfusing but i hope u guys get the point.

Go to the excellent postings section, there are articles on this, I'm not going to link it to you because I want you to look and see the articles there and find it yourself. That section alone will most likely answer most of the questions you have to ask.
