I'm 17 years old, weighing 124-126 pounds... i forgot my weight :/ 5'6 heigh and I'm male

i checked it in the internet that I have 14.38% bf
and i can nearly see my visible abs, like 2 packish

Scooby said that you can see your visible 6 pack abs abs when you have 10-12% bf

how can i reach that body fat ?

anyway, I workout in my home... since i was a teen, i followed scooby's video.. to do some simple exercise for teenager like me...
and i do pull-ups approximately 100 times a day (3-4 times a week)
I eat a lot of protein foods like.. chicken/pork stew, adobo.. sometimes fried.. and i never eat rice (weird for an asian) but i have to cut off this carbohydrate foods
i take vitamin C supplement 2 times a day...
and take milk cereal drink..
sometimes i take amino acid supplement too

what can you suggest to lose these 2.38% or 4.38% bodyfat? =/
and is it true that it will take longer time to lose fat (when your bf is low) than losing fat (when you have high bf..)

Excuse my english -___-

Hey man. Well you're 14.38% bf that's pretty good already. All you have to do is add a little bit more cardio or add cardio if you don't do it, and cut a little more your calories. You could also try carb cycling.http://scoobysworkshop.com/advanced-fat-loss-carb-cycling/
That should do it.

Oh, and rice isn't something you should not eat in my opinion, it is very low in fat, almost none, and has about 56g of carbs per 186g of it, so it fills you without getting lots of calories (242 in 186g)

Good luck, you're not that far.

Depending on how much cardio you already do, I would say you could add just a little bit more and keep your diet the same. If you already do an hour of cardio then I would say trim the diet back a little to create the deficit. Also remember that if you've been at a deficit for a couple months without a break, it can be wise to take a break and eat at maintenance for 2 weeks to allow your hormones/metabolism to rebalance, and then go at it again. You should be able to get to 10-12% with a simple method like this.

Yes, eat less than you burn and you'll lose fat. Do some cardio and you'll burn more calories in a day

Resting metabolic rate is the energy your body is burning while you are resting.

BMR - basal metabolic rate. It is the amount of calories, in your body's state of rest, ie. comma, needed to support your organs.  So, you will lose muscle/fat/health if you eat that low. Smiley

Always eat more than your bmr. Smiley

Realize that eating below TDEE will cause you to lose weight, not necessarily lose fat. Do regular cardio, and include that in your TDEE, then eat about 10% less than that. If you don't lose weight after a couple weeks, the TDEE is off a bit, lower it another 5-10% or do a bit more cardio each day. It's very easy to lose muscle mass if you eat at or below your BMR.
