Okay, first of all i want to tell some informations about me:
I'm 173 cm, 56 kg, BF: 9-11 %

I haven't lost any weight since I followed scooby's weight loss advice, and it is really frustrating. I know I am skinny, but scooby used to say that you can't get visible abs without beeing really skinny, and that's what I am trying at the moment.
I was a really fat kid 10 months ago, and I was so frustrated that I decided to starve myself, but it worked great! I lost more than 3 kg of fat every month.
I've followed scooby's "500 calorie diet" since August, but why haven't I lost any weight yet? You might think "how do you know that you were really 500 calories below your TDDE?", well, i do not count calories, but if you go to bed and you feel hungry (every evening) your body probably has to use stored fat.
I know alot of people say that they can't get rid of the very last bit of fat on their belly, me neither! But scooby suggests carb cycling only for people who do have a very low BF percentage (6-7% I guess).

Here's a pic from July(I do have the same BF percentage right now, just a bit more muscular)

I know you guys are strict against starving  Cheesy

Well you do know that in time you will less weight than you would if you was eating the correct amount of cals and food to loose weight for you, also eating a number of meals over the day help.

In time on starving your self, your body will start holding fat as a survival and other things, you will mess your metabolism up.

what cals was you eating?
what fitness was you doing?
what types of food was you eating?
how many meals was you eating?

EDIT: oh lord, I just seen you said "i do not count calories" well there is your problem

I could eat 3000 cals over my TDEE in the day and still feel hungry at the night, mate do the job right or dont even bother!

People want to see there abs but are not willing to even do the job correctly, what is with this world

About 2000 cals a day, (TDDE: 2484 cals/day)
I use scooby's Intermediate Workout plan
I eat like I should eat, no junk food, small amounts of sweets(once or twice a week), a lot of veggies, fruits and protein.
I eat 4-6 meals every day.

Yep, I don't really count calories, but I guess if you stay away from bad foods you probably won't have to.
Honestly, i don't know the exact number of calories i consume every day, but I know it's always below 2000.

Martin, if your weight stays constant over longer amounts of time you probably are eating the exact amount necessary for keeping your weight steady.

However, I don't actually think you need to lose further weight. Give it another half year of building muscle and see where that takes you. If the abs then still aren't visible you can consider what to do.

at 56kg you definitely do not need to lose weight. you are a teen too, you will screw yourself up seriously. try focusing on gaining muscle, you will look better and the fat will naturally come off over time. if you lose any more weight, you will look worse off. i know its annoying for you, your pictures show your body stubbornly holds onto fat on the hips and waist, but that doesnt mean you should starve yourself, it wont get any better. try to get more lean mass and your composition will even out. if you want to waste away, stop growing and be very ill, starvation is the way forward, but i very much doubt thats what you want.

At 56 kg 173 cm, you do not want to lose ANY weight, you wouldn't want to focus on losing weight under 80 kg at 173 cm. It WILL be detrimental to: health, appearance, and performance if you try to go that route.

Focus on adding some serious mass to your frame before you think about tapering off to 6% bodyfat.

@ Evilcyber, it's kinda annoying, you know... All my male friends are very skinny and they do have visible abs, but they don't work out. And I don't want to be different... from time to time you feel like an outsider, and you don't want your friends to recognize that you are weaker. A normal stupid situation during puberty...

@ strs8, I just want to get rid of useless fat. I don't need it and I don't want it. But I have to agree with you. Beeing too skinny doesn't always look good. I've been working out for about 5-6 months, and I thought it's worth a try. The next bunch of photos will be uploaded in december. I'm patient...   Cheesy
Honestly, I'm not really afraid of looking too skinny. If you want to gain fat, go to Mc Donalds...   Cheesy

i understand how frustrating it is for you, trust me, i know what you are going through. the problem is, you are already are very skinny and have very little muscle mass. if you were to starve yourself, you would lose a lot of muscle and probably still hold onto some fat. also, considering your a teen, you will most likely stop growing and have so many health problems. it will mess you up for like. starvation can also kill by the way. for any teen, 2000 calories is the bare minimum in my opinion. you need calories to grow. like with any other skinny fat kid, i recommend focusing on gaining mass. keep that protein intake high, try for linear progression each workout and watch your figure change. as you build up more muscle mass, the fat will naturally drop off and your composition will change as your arms get bigger, your lats wider and your overall frame will become bigger and compact. also, the chances are if you persist with what im advising, your body will naturally even out as you progress through puberty.

you know you're basically saying that you are okay with taking steps towards looking like this, right?

if you're good with that and are willing to sacrifice your health, strength, mental condition, and performance to look like that then go ahead i cant stop you.

if and when you come around and realize that what would be more beneficial to you would be to add mass to your frame, ill be here to help you; but im not supporting weight loss for someone who is 56 kg, it would go against my morals to do so.

If you were to try to do that, just by bodyfat and total weight reduction, the end result would literally be you weighing less than Paris Hilton. I don't mean to insult you by saying this, but I would like you to realize what you are suggesting and hopefully reformulate your goals and plan of action based on that.

I'm with bfd on this one, you are slim enough (almost too slim), Martin.

Just telling from your picture you would not want to lose more weight. You probably have some sort of inner conflict - you want a sixpack as nobody would ever call you a fat kid anymore.

But you're risking your health here and it's time to stop. Try to gain muscle, later on concentrate on getting a sixpack. Sleep over it.

Dude how old are you? If you are like 13 or 14 I think you gotta wait a lil longer.
Regardless though, don't starve yourself. I think you need to "grow" naturally i.e. turning from a boy to a man during puberty, in my opinion you need lots of calories to grow at the stage you're at; when you start to notice an increase in body fat % it is a good indicator to me that you are at the right age to start trimming down, because you are pretty much fully grown.
There's nothing really that I can suggest to help, I think it'll be a matter of time.

Hope you get the results in the end man Smiley

Martin, you realise it looks silly to be so skinny and have abs...

Focus on weight training, you may lose that extra weight you want to and not even have ab definition to show off.. Focus on compounds + eat more!!! ;-)
