I'm roughly 95% certain that if you start that today, and stick to it - you'll be going down the path to where you want.

Do you want your six pack to be visible? if so just diet and exercise (using intervals and other high intensity training) until your body fat gets under 10% to see your abs and depending on how fat you are = how long it'll take you to get there but basically...

avoid snacks, fast foods at least 90% of the time and make each cardio/interval workout a little bit tougher than the last by doing it longer or faster.

if you just want stronger or more toned abs then just lift weights since your abs are always involved or do direct ab work like situps etc.

Eat low cal foods and do high intensity cardio for 30+ mins a session. Also eat less for your meals!
