Hy everybody, my name is Sorin i'm from Romania and i'm 21 years old.
My question is this:
I started doing bodybuilding 2 month's ago: 5 days a week , no more than 40 to 45 minutes per day.
After i weightlift (for 40-45 minutes) i like doing another 20 minutes of cardio (bicycle). Is that good or ..not?

A 5 day split (lifting 5 days a week) is not ideal. A full body workout (3 or 4 days a week working every muscle group each workout, but never 2 days in a row) would be better.

You see, by working out my muscles im relaxin' my mind, and after an hour or two im fine. My whole outlook on life is shiny and new.

What are you doing 5 days a week?  Bodybuilding requires your body to rest; so doing it consecutively might not be a good idea.

It's okay to do cardio after lifting because it will allow your body to circulate your blood more in the form of cooldown exercises and increase calorie expenditure. Smiley

(I have no issues between a split and full body workout.  Both works)

If you don't feel your legs too tired and  you don't cause overtraining it is fine , keep up this routine. You could consider doing chest and triceps and back with biceps because they get togheder better this way.
