I'm 10% bodyfat do i need to go to 8% to get six pack abs or focusing to increase my abs size because i already i have my abs 70% showing when i flex my abs but without lights it show the outline of my flexed abs so what is better continue losing fat or focusing to gain muscle and increase my abs size

keep doing what you are doing!
you will inevitably get that six pack as you keep losing your % body fat-
I would focus more on cardio and diet- ab exercises will help, but 95% of it is decrease bodyfat %-
at 8% you should look fantastic. at 6% you will have close to an 8-10 pack.

it depends on our weight/height as of now really...do u look thin?, u look like u got a nice amount of size on you from the picture!, so if u have a nice amount of mass on you then cut, if not...then just add muscle, and then cut.
