Ok after 1 week carb cycle the result is ..... nothing. Didnt work, not even a bit, I know 1 week isnt much but I still did a diet with 1800-2000 calories right before it for nearly 3 months, you guess it nothing. I never ate simple sugars, never sauces, never ketchup or anything like that, only oats, alot of vegetables, potatoes, brown rice, lean meat (cooked), whole grain noodles. This was like always in combination with weight training from Monday - Friday for 1 hour and also cardio (Iam doing now weight training for 15 years and had a 6 years break, started around 2 years ago again). Once Ive even tried to do 2-3 times a day cardio 30-45 min always, nope didnt help either. It really seems I can do what I want I cant loose my last fat, its impossible.

"Maybe a bit history" When I was 15 years old I can remember I wanted to lose that fat already on my love handles and I coudlnt, I ate just 1-2 breads a day yes you heard me right i was at 55kg at 1.76m and once I even had a knockout and went to hospital :X. Well then I started with bodybuilding and read alot about nutrition what to eat to gain muscles and so on. Ive learned I had to eat and so I did but till now (Iam now 30) didnt matter what Ive tried I cant lose my damn last fat, sorry for the words but Iam so pissed you cant even imagine.

If someone would walk up to me and tell me I have a super hard diet but it will work, I WOULD DO IT NO PROBLEM ... the problem is nothing works pls if you know better then teach me a lesson -.-.

Iam right now 1.76cm and 75kg (but you could probably add 2 kg to that cause I dont have much water right now in body cause of the diet). Its just probably 1kg on my belly I would have to lose, it really sux cause the whole physique always looks sorry shit with it.

My chest is 116cm, biceps around 42cm so its not that bad but my belly is 89cm (damn this), i train with 110kg for chest so Iam not weak or dont have muscles or wutever its just my belly which sucks so much.

I really dont know what to do now T_T, the only thing I could imagine would be probably to eat now 3000 calories for a few months and then try again a diet with 2500 instead of 1800-2000 like always, what do you think ? If I eat less than 1800 calories I will have the whole day cold hands, cold feets etc and just feel bad so that isnt an option I guess.

And before you ask yes I always weight my food on an electronic scale.

So if you have THE TIP for me which will work pls let me know cause my motiviation right now is like more than zero.

A few questions...

Do you have any medical conditions that you are aware of?

When was the last time you had a complete physical?

Is your doctor aware of your diet and exercise program?

Are you 100% sure you calculated everything correctly for the carb cycling, (exactness is critical)?
